Disc Springs

Disc springs are shallow conical rings that are subject to axial loads. Normally, the ring thickness is constant and the applied load is evenly distributed over the upper inside and lower outside edges. Disc springs can be combined in many different ways to form parallel or series stacks or a combination therof.

Belleville Washers
(Conventional Disc Springs)

China Disc Springs washers are manufactured per the requirements of EN 16983 (DIN 2093) and China Disc Springs Factory standards or to the customer requirements. Outer diameter sizes range from 8.0 mm to 800 mm, with various materials.

High Performance Generation II Disc Springs

China Disc Springs produces wave springs with outer diameters ranging from 20 mm to 300 mm. Wave springs are often used to improve shift quality in automatic transmissions and are designed per the customer specific requirements.

Special Springs

China Disc Springs will work with the customer to design special springs that meet their requirements for particular applications.

Slotted Disc Springs

Slotted disc springs are typically developed in close collaboration with customers. Outer diameter sizes range from 20 mm to 300 mm. Special production process are used to maintain extremely high tolerances and to achieve the maximum possible fatigue life.

Wave Springs

China Disc Springs produces wave springs with outer diameters ranging from 20 mm to 300 mm. Wave springs are often used to improve shift quality in automatic transmissions and are designed per the customer specific requirements.

Self Centering Disc Spring Stacks

Self-centering disc spring stacks are used in disc spring applications where outer diameter or inner diameter guidance is not possible. To utilize self-centering technology the spring stack must be under a constant pre-load and at minimum be 6 mm in thickness.
